Právna kvalifikácia manželstva Marca Antonia a Kleopatry

چکیده
Údajné manželstvo medzi rímskym vojvodcom Marcom Antoniom a egyptskou kráľovnou Kleopatrou by mohlo predstavovať vynikajúci námet na prípadovú štúdiu zo starovekého manželského práva, ktorá bola navyše spestrená o právne eventuality priamo života. Tento článok sa pokúsi aspoň čiastočne rozpracovanie uvedenej myšlienky. Na základe historického filologického výskumu predostrieme právnu romanistickú analýzu ich vzájomného spolužitia, ktoré vykazovalo prvok medzinárodnosti, pričom zároveň poukážeme zopár právnych inštitútov spojených s príbehom (napr. darovanie štátneho územia, právny režim bigamie ďalšie otázky).
